Bank Account Enquiry; cannot send a "Bank Statements" Bank Account Enquiry Email or SMS from the Client Log form

A "Bank Statements" Bank Account Enquiry Email or SMS cannot be sent from the Client Log form.

After creating a Bank Account Enquiry and closing the Bank Account Enquiry wizard you may still send an Email or SMS via the associated Client Log form.

The Client Log form includes an Actions group heading "Bank Account Enquiry" with "Send Email" and "Send SMS" buttons. These buttons fail for the "Bank Statements" service with the message "Email/ SMS Document is not defined under Global Settings".
