Account Applications; Collateral; Security Enquiry functionality added

The buttons below the grid on the Collateral page of the Account Applications now allows Security Enquiries to be performed.

As per the Security Statement Item form, available Security Enquiries are listed (for New Zealand this can be CentrixNZ and MotorWeb).

The Security Enquiry buttons are enabled based on the active grid row, e.g., MotorWeb and Centrix Wheels are only enabled if the Collateral Item is a Motor Vehicle.
