Workflows; Constants from Key Details Script not being passed to Summary or Item Summary

Constants defined in the Workflow Key Details Script were not being passed across to the corresponding built-in or custom Workflow Summary Script.

The following built-in Summary Page Scripts have been updated:

• SummaryPage2_Workflow_KeyDetails. Version: 2.01 (06/01/2016)
• SummaryPage2_Workflow_Summary. Version: 2.02 (06/01/2016)

Both of these Scripts have also been updated to contain the same Constant definitions.

Also, the error reported from accidentally configuring a Workflow Type to call the built-in Workflow Key Details page (as opposed to a Workflow Summary page) has been enhanced to make this type of configuration issue easier to result.

NOTE: This change affects only the Version 2 Workflow Key Details Script. Any databases using the built-in Version 1 Script (SummaryPage_Workflow_KeyDetails) should be updated to be a Version 2 type Summary Page and use the built-in Version 2 Script (SummaryPage2_Workflow_KeyDetails).
