Approve Disbursements wizard; may fail with an unhandled exception error
The Approve Disbursements wizard may fail with an unhandled exception error if approving a Disbursement for a Deposit Account.
Deposit Accounts no longer allow Disbursements to be paid to the "Account", i.e. where the Payee Type is "Account".
