Client Statistics Set; new functions to save and load to an XML string
New Business Layer functions have been added to the Client Statistics Set object, i.e. finClientStatisticsSet, to save and load to an XML string.
This might be used in a Page Set behind an Account Application to simplify stored Statistic data.
