Client Statistic Items; added VerificationUtcDate property to finClientStatistic

VerificationUtcDate property has been added to the finClientStatistic object in the finPOWER Connect Business Layer.

On the database this value has always been stored as a UTC date, but has only been available as a local date in the Business Layer. This change exposes the date in both UTC and Local dates.
