Client Identification Item; new "Active" field added

A new "Active" field has been added to Client Identification Items. This allows Identification items to be quickly deactivated without deleting the record.

The "Active" field has been added to the Client Identification wizard, Identification Item page.

Note, the IsCurrent property of the finClientIdentificationItem will return False Active is Unchecked/ False.

The following standard Summary Page blocks have been updated:

"SummaryPage2_ClientIdentificationItems_IdentificationSummary" has been updated to version 2.01 on 17/12/2015.
"ClientIdentificationItem_Summary" has been updated to version 1.01 on 16/12/2015.
