Workflows; Automatic "Bank Account Enquiry" items will now send Email/ SMS unattended if possible

"Bank Account Enquiry" type Workflow Items flagged as "Automatic" will now publish the Log they generate, i.e., send the Email or SMS message to the Client or Applicant.

For both Email and SMS, this is only possible if an Email SMTP Server is configured or the SMS Service is configured.
