Account Applicant Summary Page; enhancements to Enquiries and Decisions block

The Account Applicant Summary Page, Enquiries and Decisions block, has been enhanced as follows:

1. Enquiries and Decisions tables are now shown in reverse chronological order, i.e. latest items at the top.

2. Enquiries and Decisions tables are now limited to the latest 10 items before showing a "Show All" button.

3. Enquiries table now includes PPSR Searches.

The following standard Summary Page has been updated:

"AccountApp_ApplicantEnquiriesAndDecisions" has been updated to version 1.02 dated 11/12/2015.
