Account Applications; Collateral Items; Land Location not being saved

Land-type Collateral Items for Account Applications allowed entry of the Land Location but this was not saved to the database or used in any way.

This has been updated as follows:

• A new Land property has been added for Collateral Items (finAccountAppCollateralItem).
• This is an ISAddressDetails object.
• When creating a Security Item from a Collateral Item, the Land Location is now populated.

NOTE: This is flagged as a breaking change since the finCollateralItem.ToAddressDetails method has been removed since it did nothing.
