Close Accounts wizard; added option to hide items that cannot be included, adding scripting events

The Close Accounts wizard has been updated as follows:

1. A new option has been added to hide Accounts that cannot be included. Uncheck the "Show All?" checkbox below the grid.

2. Added scripting events when refreshing the list of Accounts. A script of type "Object Events", object "AccountAutomaticClose" should be created to handle these events. After a script has been created, it must be linked under Global Settings, Accounts group, Scripts page, as the "AccountAutomaticClose" event script.

Note, there is a new property "InvalidMessageUser" on the AccountAutomaticCloseItem object. If this is set to a value the Account cannot be included.
