Electronic Signatures; downloaded Documents now saved to Document Manager folder

When documents for an Electronic Signature are downloaded they are now automatically saved to the Document Manager folder - if they were created for an Account, Client etc. This means they are shown under the Files page of the respective record.

The file name will include a date and time stamp to ensure the file name is unique.

Note, all Adobe eSign documents are in PDF format.
