Export General Ledger wizard; new option to default the GL Export Id

A new option has been added to the Export General Ledger wizard to automate defaulting the GL Export Id.

To do this click the new "Refresh" button on the GL Export Id field.

The default GL Export Id is in the format YYYYMMDD.#, where YYYYMMDD is the date and # is the sequence number.
