Bank Account Enquiry; Bank Statements interface, several enhancements regarding downloaded Reports

The Bank Statements Bank Account Enquiry interface has been enhanced as follows:

1. The downloaded Reports were not saved in the Document Manager correctly, they were 0 length files - Fixed.

2. The downloaded Report files in the Document Manager were saved with a file name like "BankAccountEnquiry_BankStatements_SupplementalReportReports_111111111111111111.zip". The file name is now simplified to "BankAccountEnquiry_BankStatements_Reports_111111111111111111.zip".

3. The Summary Page now includes the link "Retrieve Reports" under the under "Other Options" prior to Reports being downloaded. When clicked the Reports are downloaded and instead of the downloaded Zip file being opened, the Summary Page is updated with a list of Reports that have been downloaded. Clicking on an individual Report opens that file directly.

The following built-in Summary Page has been updated:

"SummaryPage_BankAccountEnquiryReport_BankStatements" has been updated to version 1.08 on 2/12/2015.
