Securitisation; New "DoNotAdd" flag added to finAccountSecuritisationAllocation to bypass adding to the collection.

A new "DoNotAdd" flag has been added to the finAccountSecuritisationAllocation object to bypass adding it the collection.

This can be set from the Script during the "RefreshItem" event but will only have any affect when initially adding the Account via the AddAccount or AddAccountPk methods.
