Account Types; Transactions, Basis allowed invalid options depending on Account Class

When editing Account Type Transactions, the Basis allowed any option to be entered - but errored when attempting to save. This should be varied depending on the Account Class.

Options for Deposits are Set Value and Percent of Balance.

Options for Disbursements are Set Value, Percent of Balance and Percent of Credit Limit.

Options for Loans (Fixed Term, Floating Rate and Revolving Credit) are Set Value, Percent of Balance, Percent of Credit Limit and Percent of Total Advances.
