PPSR G2B Update wizard; returns a blank error when updating Amend items with a blank "Action Status"

In some circumstances the PPSR G2B Update wizard fails to update the Security Statement and shows an error with a blank message.

In the grid of Items to update, the Security Statement will show as follows:

Status: Registered
Action: Amend
Action Status: [blank]
Errors/ Warnings: This Financing Statement does not require any amendments. Include this Financing Statement to clear the 'Amend' Action

If the row is "checked" then nothing actually happens when Update is clicked, i.e. the Security Statement is not updated.

To manually correct this issue, edit the Security Statement and clear the Amend status and then save.
