Application Shortcuts; Size limit increased for certain situations

URLs are generally limited (in Internet Explorer) to around 2083 bytes.

This means that an Application Shortcut that is longer than this (e.g., an HtmlShow type shortcut) will not run if it exceeds this limit.

The finHtmlSummaryPage2StringBuilder object has been updated to cater for longer shortcuts providing that the Application Shortcut is defined within an ISSummaryTable using either the Actions or Cells collections.

NOTE: There is still a size limit to Application Shortcuts (based on what the Web Browser and JavaScript can handle) however, it is far larger than the approx. 2083 bytes that could be handled before.
