Withdrawal Bank Transactions; can now be reversed

Withdrawal Bank Transactions can now be reversed.

Note, a Withdrawal Bank Transaction created from an Account Disbursement cannot be reversed unless the Account Disbursement has first been reversed.

An additional warning is given, but you can still reverse the Withdrawal, for lodged Cash withdrawals, printed Outwards Cheques and exported Bank Transactions (non-Cash/Cheque). You should ensure the transaction in question has not already been successfully debited to your Bank Account before reversing.
