Workflows; Version 2; Setting last item in a group to "Not Applicable" gives error and does not complete Item Group correctly with Automatic Outcomes

Attempting to set the last item in an item group to "Not Applicable" for a Version 2 type Workflow gives error and does not complete Item Group correctly if the Item Group has only Automatic Outcomes.

The following error was occurring:

Failed to toggle the status Workflow item status between 'Not Started' and 'Not Applicable'.

Failed to process automatic outcomes for Workflow Item Group.
