Auditing; new audit option for Account Type, general changes

A new auditing option has been added for general Account Type changes.

This includes all fields on the "General" page of the Account Type form, e.g. Code, Description, Active.

Note, although this option is shown under Global Settings, Auditing group, Admin page, you cannot uncheck the option.
