Transaction Entry; Application shortcut with Batch Id leaves fields disabled on first page of wizard

You may drag the Transaction Entry wizard header to the Task pane to create an Application shortcut.

If a Batch is open the shortcut includes the Batch Id. So, when you click on the shortcut the Transaction Entry form is opened with the Batch loaded and the wizard moves on to the second page.

However, this leaves all fields on the first page of the wizard disabled.

This has been corrected, and in addition the wizard stays on the first page of the wizard so the user can confirm the Batch's details.
