Income Distribution; new options to edit values and to save as a Transaction batch

New options have been added to the Income Distribution wizard to edit values and to save as a Transaction batch.

To edit Distribution values you must first allow the Permission Key "Account.IncomeDistribution.AllowEdit" - this is denied by default. This allows the user to edit the "Distribution" column in the wizard.

Note, to aid scripting and reviewing changes made, there is a new column "Original" - this is the original Distribution value calculated. This is available on the finIncomeDistributionItem object, DistributionOriginal property.

To save the Distribution values to a Transaction Batch for further editing you must first allow the Permission Key "Account.IncomeDistribution.SaveToBatch". Once enabled there is a new option on the final "Transaction Details" page of the wizard to "Save Batch". If checked this will save the Transaction Batch, rather than immediately committing the Transactions.

WARNING: Changing values will invalidate the calculated Distribution, so please use with care.
