Reporting; Account Reports; Can now be filtered and grouped by Account Type Promotion

All Account Reports based on the Account List query can now be filtered and grouped by Account Type Promotion.

NOTE: Since Account Type Promotion Id is not unique across Account Types, you will need to group by Account Type AND Account Type Promotion if you want promotions to be grouped per Account Type.
