Start-up messages; where applicable message dialog boxes now include a "Help" button

finPOWER Connect start-up messages now include a "Help" button where there is a Technical Support Bulletin providing more information.

For example, if it is detected that finPOWER Connect is running as a 64-bit process and a version of the .NET framework prior to 4.5.2 is installed a message is displayed. The Help button links to the Technical Support Bulletin TSB1034.
