HTML Summary Pages; Button template; Now uses anchor tag and hyperlink instead of the button's "click" event

Buttons rendered via the "button" HTML Template in Version 2 Summary Pages now execute their associated hyperlink (e.g., an Application Shortcut) using a surrounding HTML anchor tag rather than the button's "click" event.

This does not affect the appearance or functionality of buttons.

Buttons are used on the built-in Workflow Summary Page to allow items to be actioned on both the 'Key Details' page and the 'Items' page.
