Addressing; User Id and Password credentials added for SQL Server databases

There are two new options under Global Settings, Clients, Addressing; allowing you to specify a User Id and Password for the Address database. This is used for a SQL Server database where a non-trusted connection is required.

There is also a new button allowing you to Verify the connection to the Address database.
