Workflows; Built-in Key Details page; Updated to Version 2

The built-in Workflow Key Details Summary Page Script has been updated to a Version 2 Summary Page.

When running the New Company Wizard, this will now be added to the Workflows form instead of the Version 1 Summary Page.

NOTE: The Version 1 Summary Page is still retained within the system for backward compatibility. Both the Version 1 and Version 2 pages simply on-call the Summary Page defined on the Workflow Type and hence contain no real functionality.
