Comparison Rate; Calculation audit record may not be saved

When opening a Loan Account, if the Account uses a Comparison Rate an audit record is saved with the Account to show the calculation details. This audit record sometime is not created.

This issue has been fixed.

In addition, if the Comparison Rate cannot be calculated the audit log now includes the error message.
