Loan/ Deposit Cash Flow Reports; reports optimised

The Deposit Cash Flow and Loan Cash Flow Reports have been optimised following changes made to the Account Income and Forecast Report.

Changes include:

1. The Progress window now displays "Query complete" once the Query results have been cleaned.

2. 99 columns are always created and processed. This is now optimised, where possible, based upon the number of columns selected for the Report.

Note, the more rows/ records and the more columns included in any Report the more processing is required and the more memory used, and this can lead to performance issues.
