Workflows; Version 2; "Insert Item Group Items" Outcome can now specify the position at which to insert items

Workflow Items for Version 2 Workflow Types that define Outcomes (e.g., a Question type item) can now specify the position at which to insert items from another Item Group.

The following options are available:

• After This Item (the default)
• At End of Item Group
