Web Configurations; Addressing page; Verify button not working for non-MS Access databases

The Verify button on the Addressing page of the Web Configurations form was not working for non-MS Access databases, e.g., for SQL Server databases.

Upon clicking the Verify button, the following error was reported:

Startup Folder not specified.
