Conversion; various utility functions now update record timestamps
In the Conversion Utilities Business Layer object, the following functions now update the Timestamp and Last Updated User of records:
AccountDisbursementHistoric
AccountUpdateClosedToAccount
AccountUpdateCreatedFromAccount
ClientLogCreateCreditEnquiryServiceLog
This means it is out-of-date records cannot be easily updated during the conversion.
If you use one of the listed functions, and receive an error like "No record was updated. This record may have been deleted or edited by another User." then this probably indicates you have used one of these functions and not refreshed in-memory objects.
