Workflow Item Summary links to view reports, e.g., a Credit Enquiry now open an HTML Viewer.

Previously, they opened the Log form and went to the correct page.

This is in keeping with the new information added to the Log Summary which is designed to work in different targets; not just the Windows interface and includes the following information types:
* Credit Enquiry
* Bank Account Enquiry
* Decision Outcome
