Summary Page Functions; Various changes made to ensure the correct HTML is returned

The following built-in functions (within the finSummaryPageFunctions class) return HTML.

Depending on the context, this should be either a complete or patial HTML document and, may require embedding of stylesheets and icons.

The following functions have been updated to account for the Summary Page Target correctly:

• LogEmailPreview
• This is used to provide a popup preview when clicking the hyperlink on a Log summary where the Log applies to an Email that has/ is to be sent.
• This also applies to finUtilities.GetEmailMessagePreviewHtml.
• WorkflowItemSummary
• Only affected when called via GetFunctionHtml (which is what the User Interface uses).
