Process Direct Debit Payments wizard; updated progress bars in refresh and commit

The progress bars used in the Direct Debit Payments wizard were different from other, similar, wizards in finPOWER Connect, namely the Close Accounts and Distribute Income wizards.

Both the Refresh progress bar and Commit progress page have been updated to show a standard progress dialog.
