Information List List Report; may fail with the error "Cannot find column InformationListId ." when using the Data Export

The Information List List Report may fail to export with the error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Cannot find column InformationListId.".

To recreate, follow these steps:

1. Report Explorer; Admin Reports, Information List List report.
2. Make sure Order By is set to "Code".
3. Data Export page. Select Query Results Form and untick 'Include all columns in their original order?'.
4. Select any columns except "InformationListId".
5. Click on the 'Export' button.
