Loan New Business Report; Error occurs if certain columns are not selected for export

Exporting the "Loan New Business" Report may error with the following message "An unhandled exception has occurred. Column 'TransactionsNew' does not belong to table Table.".

To recreate:

1. Open the Loan New Business" Report.
2. On the Data Export page select "Query Results Form" and untick "Include all columns in their original order?".
3. Select columns "Account Id" and "Credit Rating".
4. Click "Export".

The error occurs if either the TransactionsNew, TransactionsWithdrawal or TransactionsRefinance columns are not selected for export.
