Auditing; Record deletion auditing improved

When deleting certain types of records an Audit Record is written to the database recording who deleted the record.

This information recorded now includes the Name and/ or Description of the record deleted - not just its code.

The change applies to the following record types:

Account
Account Type
Branch
Client
External Party
Security Statement
Workflow

In addition the Audit Search wizard incorrectly displayed a warning in the Summary Page "No '[Type]' with a primary key of [pk] exists in the database." for deleted records.
