Activate Accounting Ledgers wizard; may show "Simple Journals" with unexpected errors

In the Activate Accounting Ledgers wizard, "Simple Journal" Accounting Journals may show an unexpected error "Number of Periods not specified". This has been corrected.

This was caused by Accounting Ledgers being added via a script and the Method being set to something other than "Custom".

In addition, when an Accounting Ledger is saved, if it is a "Simple Journal" the method is automatically updated to "Custom".

Note, you can still activate a "Simple Journal" Accounting Ledger via the Account form, Accounting Ledger page.
