Standard Transactions paid by Direct Debit; may not create Direct Debit or show payment in Schedule

A "Payment" Standard Transactions paid via a Direct Debit may not create Direct Debit or show a payment in Schedule when there is a payment dated on or after the date of the Standard Transaction.

Note, this was not normally an issue, unless payments are being entered and dated into the future.
