Workflows; Version 2; Summary Page; Completed Items now display an icon to indicate they have Notes or User Data recorded

Completed Items in the Items block of the built-in Workflow 2 Summary Page now display an icon to indicate that they have Notes or User Data recorded.

Only one overlay icon is ever shown and the priority is:

• Invalid Item
• Item has Logs
• Item is complete and has Status Notes (new)
• Item is complete and has User Data which was entered against the Item, i.e., the Item's notes entry method allowed User Data entry (new)
• Item has been reset
