Certificates; saving an imported record may fail

When saving an imported Certificate record the following error may occur:

In an Access database "Failed to save Certificate. Failed to add new record in UpdateQueryBuilder. The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.".

In a SQL Server database "Failed to save Certificate. Failed to add new record in UpdateQueryBuilder. String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated.".
