Scripts; Web Service (Web API); Web Service properties not exported correctly

None of the Information contained on the Web page of the Scripts form was not being exported correctly when the Script was exported. This included the Web Service Name, the "Web Roles" and "Allow Anonymous access" sections.

Also, the Web page of the Scripts form has been updated to hide the "Web Roles" and "Allow Anonymous access" sections for anything other than "Web Service (Web API)" type Scripts.
