New Account wizard; Rate Table not defaulting for a Revolving Credit Loan

In the New Account wizard, the Rate Table may not default for a Revolving Credit Loan. This occurs under the following scenario:

1. Select a Revolving Credit Loan Account Type that uses Rate Tables and has a default Rate Table.
2. Move forward to Financial page the default Rate Table shows correctly.
3. Go back and change to a Fixed Term Loan (these don't use Rate Tables).
4. Move forward to Financial page.
5. Go back and change to a Revolving Credit Loan Account Type used in step 1.
6. Move forward to Financial page.

The Rate Table is blank.
