NZ PPSR Validations; updated incorrect validations for Collateral items
The validation for some Collateral items in NZ PPSR G2B interface were incorrect or badly structured.
Issues fixed:
- Aircraft Description, if specified must be between 5 and 200 characters.
- Motor Vehicle Description, if specified must be between 5 and 200 characters.
- Email address validation. Made message more consistent, they now always note "Email address" - previously "Email" and/ or "address" were sometimes used.
