Bank Import services; new "WBC Cash Applied File" import services added for Australia

New Bank Import services for Westpac Cash Applied Files have been added for Australia.

There are two file imports, one that includes the surcharge fee and one that excludes it. The Service Names are "WBC Cash Applied File (Including Surcharge)" and "WBC Cash Applied File (Net Payment)".
