Additional Statement documents added to the list of Sample documents available with emPOWER

(wiki)Two new Statement documents have been added to the list of Sample documents provided with emPOWER builds.

* Standard format Statement has additional B2B functionality and longer first page breaks
* Remittance on the Side Statement has additional B2B functionality and Bookmarks.

Both documents have had the height of the rows fixed so that row spill over does not occur and impact on the layout.

Please note: these are samples only and will not be suitable for all clients without amendments.
