Page Sets; Additional validation added to warn of duplicate named Page Objects

Both the Page wizard and the Page Object wizard have been updated to warn of duplicate named Page Objects.

The Page Object wizard will warn the User when leaving the first page if the Page Set already contains a Page Object with the same name as the current Page Object. This includes the current Page and any other Page Set pages.

The Page wizard will give a similary warning upon clicking the 'Finish' button (since Page Objects need not necessarily be added or their names updated via the Page Object wizard).

In both wizards, the User is allowed to continue even with duplicate named Page Objects.

The Page summary on the Page Sets form, Pages page also warns of duplicate named Page Objects.
