Clear Recent Database List; moved from User Preferences to File menu

The option to clear the list of recent databases on the File menu has been removed from Tools, User Preferences, User Interface page as the list could not be cleared if a database was not open.

Instead there is a new "Clear Recent Database List" option on the File menu, under the list of Databases.

The behaviour of this menu option is described below. Note, a confirmation message is always presented to the User before the action is taken.

If there is a Database currently open, this menu option will only show if there are 2 or more recent databases. Clicking on the menu item will remove all databases except the current one that is open.

If there isn't a Database open, this menu option will show if there are any recent databases. Clicking on the menu item will clear all databases listed.

Note. the File, Exit menu option has been moved to the bottom of the File menu and now includes an icon.
